Realme has officially launched its new GT 7 Series globally at an event held in Paris, marking the international debut of the company’s latest flagship smartphones. The lineup includes the Realme GT 7, GT 7T, and a special GT 7 Dream Edition created in collaboration with the Aston Martin Formula One™ Team.
Realme GT 7
At the core of the new release is the Realme GT 7, equipped with a 7000mAh battery and 120W fast charging. According to the company, the phone can reach 50% charge in 14 minutes and full charge in 40 minutes. The device uses Smart Bypass technology to manage heat and prolong battery lifespan, and is the first in the industry to receive TÜV Rheinland 5-star battery certification.
The GT 7 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset, built on the 4nm process from TSMC. For thermal management, the phone incorporates an IceSense Graphene back panel, which contributes to more effective heat dissipation. The display is a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 6000 nits and IP69-rated dust and water resistance.
A new AI-based feature, the AI Planner, allows users to manage daily tasks with a simple double-tap. At the time of publishing, we have not yet received the full global camera specifications, but we expect the same optical setup as the GT 7 Chinese version: a 50 MP main sensor (f/1.8, OIS, 1/1.56″), an 8 MP ultrawide camera (112˚ field of view), with support for 4K video at 60fps, and a 16 MP selfie camera, capable of 1080p video with gyro-EIS.
Realme GT 7 Dream Edition
Realme also introduced the GT 7 Dream Edition, developed with the Aston Martin Formula One™ Team. The model features a Racing Green finish, two-wing aerodynamic design, and an engraved silver wings badge. It comes with a collector’s box including a themed case and F1 SIM card pin.
Realme GT 7T
The Realme GT 7T, a more affordable option in the series, is powered by the Dimensity 8400-MAX processor. It shares several features with the GT 7, including the same battery, charging tech, thermal design, and AI Planner integration.
Realme also highlighted its partnership with Google to integrate the Gemini AI model into its devices. Gemini supports features like AI translation, advanced photo editing, and various content tools. These are included in the GT 7 series and the newly introduced Buds Air 7 Pro, which feature AI-based translation, dual DAC drivers, and up to 48 hours of playback.
Price
Pricing starts at €749.99 for the base model of the GT 7 and goes up to €899.99 for the top-end variant. The GT 7T ranges from €649.99 to €699.99. The GT 7 Dream Edition is priced at €899.99, while the Buds Air 7 Pro retail for €99.99.
